Morning Glory Muffins

4 Cups All-Purpose Flour 2 1/2 Cups Sugar
4 tsp Baking Soda 4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp Salt
2 Cups Vegetable oil 6 eggs, lightly beaten
4 tsp vanilla extract
4 Cups grated peeled apples 1 Cup raisins
1 Cup Flaked Coconut 1 Cup Shredded carrotts
1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
Combine dry ingredients, Mix well. Add wet ingredients, mix well. Fold in fruit and nuts. Pour into cupcake tins and place inside Dutch Oven (make sure your tin fits before filling). Bake for 20-25 min at 350 degrees.
