Baked Orange Pork Chops 4 to 6 Pork Chops 5 Tbsp. Sugar 1 ½ tsp. Cornstarch ¼ tsp. Salt ¼ tsp. Cinnamon 10 Whole Cloves ½ Cup Orange Juice 3 tsp. grated Orange Rind Orange Slices Shake & Bake or Similar coating Coat pork chops in shake & bake, Place in Dutch Oven and bake 30 min. While Pork Chops are baking, combine sugar, cornstarch, salt, cinnamon, cloves, Orange Juice, & Orange rind in sauce pan until thickened and clear. After pork chops baked 30 min, pour sauce over pork chops and garnish with Orange slices, bake an additional 10 minutes or until cooked through. Cuban Style Pork Roast ½ Cup Orange Juice ¼ Cup Lime Juice 2 Tbls Garlic Powder 2 Tbls Oregano 2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper 2 Lbs Pork loin roast Combine all items except Roast for marinade mix well. Pour over roast, cover and refrigerate overnight. Place Roast in Dutch Oven, save marinade. Roast meat (350 degrees) for 1-2 hours until juices run clear when the roast is pierced with a sharp knife. A meat thermometer inserted into thickest part should read 155-160 degrees. Boil remaining marinade, pour over carved meat. Easy Pork Roast 3 lb Boneless Pork Roast 3/4 cup Catalina Dressing-Divided 4 medium Potatoes 4 medium Beets 4 medium Onions 4 medium Carrots Place Pork in Dutch Oven, cover with 1/2 cup of dressing. Quarter Vegetables and place in separate bowl, add remaining 1/4 cup dressing and coat vegetables. Add vegetables around pork. Bake 2-21/2 hours or until pork is heated to 160 degrees internal. Baste occasionally with juices. Easy South American Pork *Norma Johnson 1 pork tenderloin up to 3lbs. 1-2 cans of green chilies 1 can enchilada sauce 1 can jalapenos 1 can black beans 1 can red beans (we use spicy) 1 can Mexican diced tomatoes Tortilla’s Sour Cream Cheese (any kind) Lettuce 1. Put all of this into a Dutch oven. I usually mix all the canned ingredients together first. 2. Cook over slow heat, 6-8 charcoal on bottom and 12-14 on top, for at least 4 hours. 3. Pull meat apart into bite size pieces and serve with flour tortillas, warmed over the campfire, and a variety of condiments. We like sour cream and cheese. A Family Favorite *Bob Farrington Place a "Boboli" brand pizza crust into a 12" oven top with sauce provided in most pizza crust packages then top with mozzarella cheese and favorite toppings cook until cheese is bubbling. Honey Pork Chops 8-10 extra thin sliced pork chops 2 cups honey Soy sauce Pour honey in a bowl; add soy sauce until sauce is a syrupy consistency. Place chops in bowl. Let marinate for as long as you wish, the longer they marinate the stronger the flavor. Place chops in Dutch oven and bake for 1 hour or until cooked through. (350 degrees) Mandarin Orange Pork Roast 4 to 5 lbs Boneless Pork Roast ½ cup Orange Jam, Jelly, or Marmalade 2 (8oz) Cans Mandarin Oranges Pour juice from oranges into bottom of Dutch Oven. Coat pork roast with Orange Jam. Cook for 3 hours (325 degrees) internal temperature should be 160 degrees. Garnish with Mandarin Orange slices. Yummy Pork Chops 1 Dash Onion Salt 1 Dash Garlic Powder 1 Dash Oregano 1 Dash dried Chives 2 Tsp. Olive Oil, divided 1 Pork Chop. Use recipe per Pork Chop, you can do as many as you want. Rub pork chop with dry ingredients on both sides then rub 1 tsp. oil to each side of pork chop. Place in bottom of Dutch Oven bake 350 degrees apx. 45 min for 4-6 pork chops. Internal temp. Should be 170 degrees.
